Our inspections are conducted utilizing the industry “Standards of Practice”. We encourage you to attend the entire inspection. Upon completion, we give you a computerized inspection report with digital pictures of any significant issues observed. We will take the time to go over the entire report with you discussing any issues found or concerns that you might have. The report is presented to you in a custom “Pillar To Post” binder which becomes a resource for you as you live in your new home. In addition to the report with pictures, the Binder has a seasonal maintenance checklist, a home file system for important papers and receipts, and a Home Depot Home Repair CD.
If you prefer one stop shopping, we can arrange every environmental or property related test you might need: wood destroying insects; flood analysis; septic system; water well analysis, radon testing, etc.
