Pre-listing Inspections for Sellers
If you are preparing to sell your home, one of the first things you want to do is have a complete home inspection. We will visually examine the readily accessible systems and components and operate those systems. We encourage the owner to attend the entire inspection. The report is given to you, on site, immediately upon the completion of the inspection. This gives you an opportunity to repair the items we find so when a buyer does come on the scene, you have virtually eliminated the negotiation phase of the purchase, since you have already repaired the issues found in your home.
